Xaoc is a red hedgehog with red eyes and a constant aura of Chaos around him.
Backstory[]
Xaoc used to be a hero, he enrolled in the training school and excelled at *static* "You don't need to know my secondary power." *un-static* power training. Once he was grown up he became a legendary hero and created the first instance of Chaos Powers. He was incredibly powerful and started his own cult; The Black Rose. Xaoc and his group saved the world alot and Xaoc achieved God status, but the power went to his head and he became violent and left the other Gods and his cult vanished with him.
Forms[]
1% - 80% - Nothing changes aside from attack potency, speed, destructive capability, etc.
90% - Xaoc's fur becomes slightly darker.
95% - Same as 90%
99% - His fur becomes extremely dark.
Full Power - His fur becomes black, his eyes emit red light and everything is increased 100-fold.
True Xaoc - His fur is black, his skin is black, the whites of his eyes are red while the iris is black, the pupils are red aswell. Powers are 1000x Full Power.

Chaos - Xaoc is a final tier Chaos User, having invented the damn stuff.
Reality Warping - Xaoc is able to distort reality with virtually no effort.
Blade of Chaos - A sword with a red firey aura, it can easily cut timelines and is unbreakable. (aside from Chaos Shatter, that is.)
